Truck #2 - July, 2004, Our Bakersfield, CA Store put to work our newest Wire Rope Spooling Truck with state-of-the-art design that encompasses safety and efficiency.

We perform Tubing and Drilling Line removal and installations, as well as all Sandline functions. Efficient and safe operations are our first priority. Rig downtime during operations is considerably less utilizing our latest technology design.

Truck #1 - April, 2003, Our Bakersfield, CA Store put to work our first Wire Rope Spooling Truck with state-of-the-art design that encompasses safety and efficiency.

Side view showing an empty spool in the cradle. Red sheaves are for lifting and lowering spools from the unit.

 

Rear 'Ducktail" ramp for lifting and lowering assist.

 

Chain and sprocket guard. Unit is hydraulically driven. Back tension is allowed through use of hydrostatic drive motor.

 

Tool storage and rear deck. Deck allows for hauling another spool when needed.

 

Operators console at far right. The unit may also be operated from the ground at the left rear of the truck during loading and unloading of spools, allowing unobstructed vision.
